Whether it’s stress, relationship issues, grief, or other struggles. Sessions are collaborative and guided by your needs in the present moment, as I ask thoughtful, direct questions to explore your experiences, help you feel understood, notice patterns, and strengthen your relationships. I believe therapy works best when it’s grounded in compassion, honesty, authenticity and sometimes humour. I bring my full presence to each session, helping you feel seen and supported as you discover your inner resources and empowering you to navigate challenges with confidence. I strive to build trust, as I believe it’s the strongest tool in therapy. From there, my approach is to support you in uncovering your own answers and to make meaning of difficult experiences. I create space for reflection and exploration, which can bring a fresh perspective to how you’re feeling about something. I meet my clients where they are now, what is coming in with them to our sessions; together we’ll explore new ways of understanding yourself and connecting with what brings you safety, security, and joy. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (“CRPO”), registration number 14458. I graduated from the Gestalt Institute of Toronto’s Five Year Training Program in Gestalt Psychotherapy, and abide by the CRPO’s Code of Ethics. I’m a member of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy.
