About Me
Coming home to yourself is an act of courage. When emotions feel overwhelming — especially in the aftermath of trauma or during major life transitions — you may feel stuck, lost, or disconnected. You don’t have to face it alone.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I provide a collaborative, compassionate space for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, chronic illness, grief, cultural identity struggles, and relationship challenges.
I draw from lived experience with trauma and neurodivergence, and I deeply value authenticity, safety, and trust in the healing process. Together, we’ll build emotional understanding, develop practical coping tools, and help you reconnect with your strengths and values.
