Hello my name is Amber Skoczek, and I am passionate about creating a safe space for you to explore, understand and connect with yourself on a greater level. I specialize in psychedelic assisted therapy, somatic-based therapy, mindfulness and EMDR, and through these approaches I look to empower your healing journey by addressing a deeper connection with yourself. With over 16 years of experience, mainly supporting around trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression. The tools and strategies I have to offer can help to provide you relief from the distressing experiences that you may have been struggling with over your lifetime. I have an extensive background working with individuals who have experienced trauma and symptoms resulting from traumatic experiences. Using alternative based approaches that are catered to your specific needs. I am dedicated to creating a space for exploration and opportunity to shift ideologies that better align with who you are here and now.
