Do you find yourself avoiding difficult situations and struggling to break free of unhealthy patterns? My goal is to customize therapy to each client’s needs to help them make meaningful and long-lasting change, by identifying new tools and perspectives for familiar challenges and supporting clients in using these tools in real life situations. I believe with the right tools and support everyone is able to make the changes they want to see in their life. I am passionate about helping you find the right skills to make your change. I also offer psychoeducational, giftedness, adult ADHD, personality and intelligence assessments. Welcoming adult and teen clients; I focus on helping build or rebuild a connection with their emotions, experiences, and values, while providing skills and tools to maintain the meaningful changes they make. I use a Cognitive Behavioural approach, while integrating skills from other approaches including: ACT, Narrative, Existential, and DBT.
