About

I help thoughtful women transform “never enough” into calm confidence. If you look successful on the outside yet secretly wrestle with self-doubt, people-pleasing, or exhaustion from trying to keep it all together, you’re not alone. You don't have to stay stuck - together we’ll turn survival patterns into sustainable self-trust so you can enjoy relationships, work, and your own company.

Biography

I’m a trauma therapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) with advanced training in Internal Family Systems and attachment work. Sessions blend nervous-system regulation, parts work, and gentle skill-building so change is felt—not just talked about. Specialties: complex trauma, perfectionism, attachment wounds, highly sensitive people. Results clients report: Noticeable drop in shame, guilt, and looping anxiety. Clearer boundaries without the backlash of “I’m selfish”. Ease in saying no and asking for what they need. Genuine belonging—to themselves first, then to others. I’ve always loved movement and nature — climbing, hiking, skiing, and snowboarding have been central parts of my life. Injuries to my shoulder and back became unexpected teachers, inviting me to slow down, get gentle with myself, and begin listening more closely to my body and emotions. That’s when I found somatic experiencing, developmental trauma work, and animist practices — approaches that helped me shift long-held patterns and reconnect with a deeper sense of self and belonging. These experiences taught me compassion, curiosity, and the capacity to sit with uncertainty. I bring those same qualities into the therapy room. As a Highly Sensitive Person I know what it’s like to feel deeply — and how healing it can be to unlearn the idea that sensitivity is a flaw. I spent over 15 years working in social and environmental non-profits — as a leader, facilitator, and community builder in BC and internationally. That background shapes my relational, systemic, and justice-informed lens. I’m a strong believer in science, good data, and best practices. Outside of therapy, you’ll often find me singing in the shower, immersed in mystical practices, exploring the forest or water, traveling to new places, advocating for social change, or getting lost in a good novel.
