About

I support adolescents, athletes, and adults navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, identity, and confidence. My approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate, helping you better understand yourself while building tools that create meaningful, lasting change.

Biography

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, questioning your direction, struggling with confidence, or navigating a significant transition, counselling can provide a space to slow down, gain perspective, and move forward with greater clarity. While much of my experience has been working with adolescents, athletes, and adults, my practice has grown to support individuals across many stages of life. With over 10 years of experience in the school system as an Educational Assistant, along with my background as a coach and parent, I bring a practical understanding of the pressures many people face both inside and outside the classroom. My approach is collaborative, person-centred, and practical, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and principles of self-determination and meaning-making. I believe counselling should not only help you understand what you're experiencing, but also provide practical strategies you can apply in everyday life. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you, building confidence, resilience, and the tools needed to navigate life's challenges with greater balance and self-understanding.
