About
I am committed to helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, and emotional challenges through a compassionate, integrative approach tailored to individual needs. I believe that people possess the inner capacity to heal and that change is possible. I strive to assist individuals in discovering their best selves and optimizing the lives they lead.
Biography
I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I am a member of the Psychologists Association of Alberta, the Canadian Psychological Association, and the Psychedelic Association of Canada. I am passionate about supporting adults who have been impacted by trauma, PTSD, cPTSD, anxiety, and depression, helping them find healing and uncover their potential for a fulfilling life. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from person-centred therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness self-compassion, somatic experiencing, and internal family systems. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman Level 1 (couples counselling), Short-Term Dynamic Therapy, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy. I believe that change is possible, and I strive to collaborate with each person to find what works best for them. I aim to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward living their best lives.
