I’m a Certified Canadian Counsellor and Licensed Counselling Therapist (Candidate) with a Master's in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. With over 25 years of experience in helping professions, I bring a depth of knowledge and compassion to my work, grounded in both professional training and lived experience. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, integrating a range of evidence-based therapies to support healing of both mind and body. I hold a long list of certifications and continue to pursue professional development to ensure the highest quality of care. I have a special interest in helping individuals deepen self-compassion and self-discovery, thrive with anxiety, overcome depression, and navigate parenting or relationship challenges. Whether you're seeking support through a life transition or looking to reconnect with your strengths, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your story. Alongside my professional role, I’m also a mother, spouse, sister, daughter, friend, and active community member. Having lived with and overcome life challenges of my own, I bring empathy, authenticity, and a wellness-focused lens to every session.
