Biography
You may be feeling disconnected from yourself, others, or from the life you want to be living. Perhaps you’re struggling to set boundaries, feeling stuck in repetitive relationship dynamics, or seeking to understand and heal relational wounds or childhood trauma. These experiences can leave you feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to move forward. I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore your story, reconnect with your sense of self, and heal at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can begin to make sense of your experiences, support your nervous system, and cultivate self-compassion, clarity and lasting change. I provide a compassionate, warm, and calming environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your internal world and safely work through complex emotions. My approach is grounded in Psychodynamic Therapy with a focus on relational trauma and attachment patterns. I specialize in helping individuals uncover and understand unconscious patterns, so they can begin to reorganize their experiences and lead a more integrated life. Psychodynamic therapy is a thoughtful, relational approach to understanding how your experiences shape how you feel, think, & relate today. We explore internal patterns, relational wounds, & long-standing defences. This can foster deep emotional understanding & healing, helping build more secure, fulfilling relationships with yourself, others and the world.I also work with a variety of trauma-informed techniques, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), allowing us to address deep-rooted emotions while fostering healing and growth. My approach is trauma-informed & grounded in respect for your inner knowing, honouring your nervous system & understanding your protective patterns. In honest reflection we begin to understand internalized patterns, heal emotional wounds, and foster change. If you're ready to explore therapy for trauma or relationships, I welcome the opportunity to connect.
