Matteo Castelli has over 15 years of experience providing psychotherapy, group education, counselor training, and mental health advocacy. With an educational background including a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, he brings both academic knowledge and practical experience to his work with clients.

Biography

Therapeutic Approach Matteo’s approach centers on the belief that how we view our lives shapes our emotional and psychological responses. He works with individuals navigating conflict, chaos, grief, and stress, helping them challenge irrational patterns and find clarity. Through evidence-based methodologies including CBT, DBT, EFT, and narrative therapy, Matteo creates a supportive environment where clients can move toward meaningful and personal goals.
