I have a Master of Social Work and over 20 years working in mental health. I have worked on hospital inpatient mental health units for both adults and teens. I have worked in community settings with different groups including clients in long term care, teens, and clients with addictions. I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy. Direct billing available.
