About
I’m a queer, neurodivergent therapist who works from a Narrative Therapy lens. I keep things collaborative and grounded in curiosity.Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or intimidating. I try to keep it real, with room for humour and honesty. We’ll look at the stories shaping your life, build your sense of agency, and make space for what feels possible and true to you.
Biography
I’m Stacey (they/them), a queer and neurodivergent therapist. I care a lot about creating a space that feels safe, grounded, and genuinely human. You don’t have to have it all figured out before you show up. A lot of people come in feeling unsure where to start, and that’s completely okay. My approach is collaborative and rooted in Narrative Therapy, which means we’ll spend time getting curious about the stories shaping your life. Together, we can look at what’s been weighing on you, make sense of it, and explore other ways forward that feel more aligned with who you are and what matters to you. I try to keep therapy from feeling stiff or clinical. There’s room here for humour, creativity, honesty, and all the parts of you that don’t always get space elsewhere. We’ll go at your pace, and we’ll figure things out together. Outside of sessions, I’m usually playing music, getting outside, reading, gaming, or trying (with mixed success) to keep my plants alive. I also have a black cat named Cricket, which I like to think balances out the superstition a bit. If this sounds like it might be a fit, you’re welcome to reach out or book a meet & greet.
