Biography
Have you ever felt like your mind just won't slow down? Maybe you're constantly worrying, overthinking every decision, feeling overwhelmed, or wondering why everyone else seems to cope so much better than you do. Perhaps your relationships are suffering, you're exhausted from trying to hold everything together, or you simply don't feel like yourself anymore. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone-and you don't have to keep carrying it by yourself. I'm Tracy Greenough a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling-Provisional who works with adults, teens and couples struggling with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My passion is helping people move from surviving each day to genuinely enjoying their lives again. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I'm warm, genuine, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation-one where you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to grow. While I'll always meet you with compassion, I'll also help you recognize the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and teach you practical tools you can begin using immediately. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT-Tapping), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, IFS Parts of Self, and trauma-informed care. Every person is different, so together we'll create a plan that fits your unique goals, strengths, and experiences. I offer both in-person counselling in Chilliwack, BC and secure online counselling throughout Canada. You don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out.
