Andrew Haselbah
MSW, RSW
We all go through difficulties in our lives, ranging from frustrating, distressing, to traumatic. Mental Health struggles can complicate our interaction with the world, causing problems in many parts of life, including socially, with family, in employment or legally. Getting some advice, coping techniques or in depth treatment can be helpful to provide relief to yourself and improve interactions with those around you.
Through my education and career in psychotherapy, my work has required that I have a wide range of training and expertise in many areas of mental health, as well as in how people interact with each other. My work with a client is to help bring greater understanding and increase resilience to enhance their enjoyment of the world.
Psychotherapy can be an anxiety provoking thing to start; but, like many difficult things, completing it can be very rewarding. I respect the courage it takes to start therapy, and I work to truly understand the uniqueness of everyone I see.
