If any of this sounds familiar, I want you to know: you don’t have to go through it alone. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in compassion. I bring a calm, steady presence to therapy, along with curiosity, clinical insight, and—when it’s right—a sense of humour. I don’t believe therapy has to be heavy all the time; sometimes laughter has a place in healing, too. I work exclusively online, offering secure virtual therapy across Western Canada.
