I operate from a client centred, trauma informed approach that is grounded in neurobiology. This means I honour each client as they show up in session and we unpack together how their traumatic experience may have formed who they are today. We spend time understanding how trauma impacts the brain and nervous system, not just how it shows up in behaviour. Through psychoeducation and experiential work, you'll learn how survival patterns form after traumatic experiences. Rather than only managing symptoms, we work at the root level - helping your brain and nervous system process and integrate what was overwhelming. Shifting what's happening on the inside facilitates lasting behavioural change and a more stables sense of self becomes possible. I believe it takes great strength and courage for people to discuss their struggles and strive towards growth and change. I am deeply honoured to witness and assist in helping people become the version of them-self they want to be. I operate in a person-centered manner that honours each person and how they show up in session.
