Elisa Orrico

Elisa is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from York University and is completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree at Yorkville University. Elisa is a warm, empathetic, and dedicated therapist with a strong passion for supporting mental health and well-being. She works from a person-centered and integrative approach, drawing on techniques from Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, and Strength-Based approaches to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. Elisa works with adults (18+) who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, identity exploration, life transitions, relationship concerns, and academic or career challenges. She is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to better understand themselves and move forward with confidence and clarity. Elisa’s rate is $120 for a 50 minute individual session.
