Hello, beautiful people. My time spent in the mental health field has now spanned over 20+ years, which entails working with all ages, stages, and abilities. Through supporting children, families, individuals, and couples with addictions, mental health, relationship issues, infidelity, chronic pain, neurodivergent concerns, and physical health concerns. Personally, there have been times of growth, challenges, traumas, losses, and chronic pain, led me to reach for a stronger mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. I try to view situations as having more than one approach and more than one possibility. In my heart and soul, this is where I am meant to be, here with you!
