Clair Bowman

With over twenty years experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges, I feel privileged to still be passionate about the work I do. I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I believe everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. I draw from various therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Therapies, Solution Focused Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy. My treatment specialities include: trauma, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress/life management as well as offering support for LGBTQ+ individuals.
