Mike Stroh
Registered Psychotherapist
I specialize in achieving effective outcomes in counselling and psychotherapy for individuals. Combining modern neuroscience and evidence-based wisdom practices, I help people transform their lives, particularly in managing ADHD, Anxiety, and Addiction. The primary reason I am a psychotherapist is because of my personal journey of recovering from these challenges which led me to earn a Master’s in Counselling Psychotherapy and to become a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario.
Working with some of the world’s largest brands and Canada’s biggest school boards. I’ve reached over 100,000 people through mental health talks and workshops. I’ve been featured multiple times on Canada’s national news discussing mental health and addiction.
I believe it is my mission and responsibility to decrease the number of your therapy sessions over time. I use the industry gold standard called “Feedback Informed Treatment” (FIT) to evaluate my therapeutic effectiveness and your progress towards your desired goals, ensuring my services are effective for you. This approach ensures you spend less time in therapy and more time living your life to the fullest.
My goal is to help you navigate your life difficulties to enable you to live a more fulfilling life while spending less time in therapy.
Whether you’re wrestling with the complexities of life, navigating the struggle of feeling too anxious or depressed. If you feel lost, are struggling with ADHD or addictive behaviours or simply seeking more contentment and purpose in your life, I encourage you to connect with me for a consultation.
I understand that this decision feels overwhelming, but facing your fears and struggles is the greatest gift you can give yourself. Prioritizing my mental well-being proved to be my most crucial act of self-care, and I’m here to share the lessons I’ve learned to achieve a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
