Accepting NEW Clients - I work with individuals (adults and adolescents) who might feel stuck and are struggling with life transitions like career change, relationship challenges, divorce, moving/immigration; work/life balance, loss and grief, anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, self-confidence etc. My ideal client is someone who seeks personal growth and emotional well-being. I'm interested in working with individuals who seek self-awareness and authenticity and are interested in deepening their intimate relationships. Increased self-awareness can lead us to make better choices, live with intention and feel more in control. My approach to counselling is open-minded and supportive, at times humorous but always kind. I help clients discover their inner strengths and guide them in the process of re-connecting with themselves so they can move towards the future grounded, confident and with ease. I use a person-centred approach with elements of Gestalt, IFS (Internal Family Systems) and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy). Life is not easy. Challenges and difficulties are inevitable. But you don't have to do it all alone. Let me support you through your journey. I will listen, provide a safe space for you to explore and get really clear about what your needs, wants and hopes are.
