Lisa Willow
Registered Social Worker
Lisa Willow is a Registered Social Worker (MSW, ADHD-CCSP) and founder of Coast to Coast ADHD, a virtual clinic offering specialized ADHD care across Canada. Her journey began in 2010 when her son was diagnosed with ADHD and shortly after, she received her own diagnosis. This sparked a deep passion to support others navigating similar paths.
With over a decade of clinical experience, Lisa offers a trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming approach rooted in evidence-based care. She specializes in adult ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, and women's wellness, especially supporting women through perimenopause and menopause and ADHD.
Clients appreciate Lisa’s warm, down-to-earth style and real-life tools that make lasting change possible. She combines her professional expertise with lived experience to create a safe, empowering space for healing and growth.
Outside of work, Lisa finds joy in nature, hiking, yoga, and time with her two cats, Blueberry and Lilly-Lulu. She believes that healing isn’t just clinical—it’s holistic and deeply human
