I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) providing virtual psychotherapy across Ontario for teens (12+), adults, couples, and families. Many clients who contact me are experiencing recurring conflict in relationships, emotional distance, tension within the family, or concerns related to anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I draw from emotion-focused, attachment-based, and integrative approaches to support greater understanding of emotional and relational patterns. In therapy, we work together to explore factors that may be contributing to current difficulties and to support emotional awareness, communication, and coping. My practice includes work with couples, family and parent-teen relationships, attachment and relational concerns, trauma-related concerns, and psychospiritual issues. Where relevant, therapy may also include attention to culture, family-of-origin experiences, identity, and spirituality. I aim to offer a grounded, compassionate, and respectful space for reflection and psychotherapy.
