I believe that clients are the true experts of their own lives. My role is not to tell my clients who to be or how to heal, but to walk alongside them as they rediscover their own strength and resilience. I provide a warm, person-centered environment where everyone can feel safe, heard, and truly seen. I support all cultures, ethnic backgrounds, and members of the LGBTQI+ community.

Biography

I’ve always believed that therapy shouldn’t feel cold or clinical. I didn't just learn about anxiety and depression from textbooks—I know them from the inside out. Having walked through those challenges and found my way to the other side, I have a deep respect for human resilience and the hard work of healing. In our sessions, you can expect a real person who understands the weight of what you are carrying, dedicated to helping you rediscover your strength. My practice is rooted in a trauma-informed approach, ensuring that work with clients always moves at their pace. I specialize in helping clients navigate: Anxiety & Depression: Navigating the journey from feeling overwhelmed or stuck toward a sense of balance and clarity. Somatic Work: Bridging the connection between mind and body to release stored tension and process emotions where they live in the physical self. My Philosophy: Sessions are client-led. We begin by using techniques designed to resolve the weight of current and past issues, creating space for healing. From there, we focus on actualizing goals, and equipping clients with a practical toolkit to help them build a more purposeful and fulfilled future. I am here for you. I will never judge you, tell you how to live, or who to be. What I can do is be with you while we help you find your way out of whatever you are facing. I will dedicate myself to your mental health and well-being until you feel ready to move forward on your own.
