About
My practice blends talk therapy and structured accountability to help you find balance and resilience—especially when life feels demanding and you need some direction. With a background in Kinesiology and Psychology, I take a whole-person approach that connects mind and body. I support clients who feel misaligned and need the space to untangle themselves from the stressors of every day.
Biography
My Story From a young age, I learned the power of caring for both mind and body. When I faced my own health challenges, I leaned on movement, mindfulness, and self-reflection as tools to heal and rebuild. That experience shaped my life philosophy: that true well-being comes from integrating the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of who we are. It’s also what inspired me to study both Kinesiology and Psychology—to better understand how our inner and outer worlds are connected. For over a decade, I worked in the fitness industry, helping people grow stronger physically while also noticing how much stress, burnout, and emotional pain lived just beneath the surface. I saw high achievers pushing themselves to the limit, parents trying to balance endless demands, and individuals quietly carrying struggles with anxiety, self-esteem, and relationships. And I knew there was a missing piece—strength and resilience had to include mental health too. My story is still unfolding, just like yours. What grounds me is the belief that healing is possible for everyone, and that with the right support, we can all reconnect with ourselves and step into a life that feels aligned and whole.
