Biography

My approach is trauma-informed and deeply influenced by the pivotal work of Carl Rogers and humanistic psychology. I work from the assumption that our natural human tendency is towards growth, and our work together is to remove the obstacles that may be getting in your way. Our time together will be supported by my training in multiple modalities, including Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP Level 3), Core Self Reclamation Therapy (formerly called Fierce Love), Bowen Family Systems, Attachment Theory, and Positive and Transpersonal Psychology. We will explore whatever experiences you choose to bring and how they may have shaped you. With warmth and inherent optimism at every step along the way.
