Thanks for stopping by! I specialize in working with small humans, teens, tweens and families. I collaborate with individuals and families to redefine themselves on their terms, to create the lives they choose. I believe the client is the expert of themselves, and work hard to create a positive therapeutic relationship. I have extensive experience working with youth who have had justice involvement, and am adept at navigating many aspects of the mental health system. In addition, I have Advanced Clinical Training with youth who have engaged in sexually harmful behaviours, supporting them and their families to manage the stigma , fear and shame that they may feel. I am an Accredited Family Law Mediator and support families to separate holistically, without the additional trauma and expense of a court battle.
