My practice is grounded in a holistic and non-pathologizing approach that is client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I offer authentically compassionate and accepting therapy so you can feel free to be yourself. My clients attend virtual therapy from their preferred location- whether that’s the comfort of home, a walk in the park, or over lunch break at work.

Biography

I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, and a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. These designations allow me to work with clients from BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland, Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut. My work draws from a range of theroetical perspectives, with Narrative therapy, Polyvagal theory, Attachment theory, and a biopsychosocial model of care at the core of my practice. I love to see clients recognize their ability to rewrite painful emotional blueprints and emerge from difficult experiences centered in their strength. Together we’ll collaborate to identify and navigate obstacles within a safe space that supports healing and growth. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming. I work with folks of all identities, and love to support clients at all stages of relationship with self and others; celebrating diversity and recognizing the unique experiences of every client.
