Biography
Hi, I'm Candice Ebert, a Registered Social Worker providing virtual counselling services to individuals across Alberta and Saskatchewan, with coverage by most insurance providers. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling safe, heard, and understood. My approach is warm, compassionate, and client-centred, creating a supportive space where you can explore challenges without judgment. I support clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we work to build practical coping skills while developing deeper self-awareness, resilience, and self-compassion. I recognize that every person's story is unique, and I strive to meet clients where they are with authenticity, curiosity, and respect. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, processing past experiences, or seeking greater balance in your life, I am committed to helping you move toward healing, growth, and lasting change. My goal is to foster a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, emotional safety, and genuine human connection, empowering you to create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you
