I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over six years of experience supporting individuals across hospital, school, community, and outpatient mental health settings. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and explore your experiences without judgment. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel safe to show up as they are while working toward meaningful change at their own pace. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, chronic illness, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity exploration, and neurodiversity. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story and lived experiences. I value a holistic approach to mental health and wellness that considers the emotional, physical, and social aspects of well-being. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centred, and tailored to the individual needs of each client. I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Expressive Arts Therapy, balancing practical coping strategies with deeper emotional exploration and self-understanding. At the heart of my work is creating a space where clients feel supported, understood, and gently encouraged as they navigate healing and reconnect with themselves.
