Hi, I’m Debbie Airth (she/they), a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor Candidate (RTCc) offering affirming, trauma-informed support for individuals navigating life’s complexities. Whether you're exploring your identity, grieving a loss, living with chronic pain or illness, or simply needing a safe place to be heard, you’re not alone here. My practice centers around connection, compassion, and respect for your unique story. I focus on working with grief and loss (in all its forms), 2SLGBTQ+ and polyamorous clients, identity exploration, trauma recovery, and the emotional toll of chronic illness. These experiences can deeply shape our sense of self, self-worth, relationships, and how we move through the world. As someone with lived experience in many of these areas, I understand the courage it takes to reach out. My approach blends therapeutic tools with heart, offering you space to process, reflect, and grow without judgment.
