About
Beginning therapy can feel like a vulnerable step, and it can also open the door to greater grounding, clarity, and self-connection. I work from a trauma-informed and inclusive approach. Together, we’ll explore what healing looks like for you, at a pace that feels supportive, and work toward feeling more connected, empowered, and well.
Biography
I am a registered psychotherapist who brings a thoughtful, culturally responsive, and deeply compassionate approach to her work. She supports individuals navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, identity questions, and the impact of life stressors and transitions. My work is grounded in the belief that people thrive when they feel truly seen and understood. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, emotions, and patterns — and begin building more supportive, empowered ways of relating to themselves and others. I support individuals navigating trauma, abuse, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and identity or self-esteem concerns. My approach is trauma-informed, inclusive, and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from DBT, CBT, Solution-Focused, and Multicultural Therapy to create a safe and supportive space for healing and growth. Reaching out for support takes courage.
