Kelsie Kinsella
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
After completing her Master of Counselling Psychology, I truly understand how crucial it is to have someone you can connect with genuinely. I have experience working in mental health residential settings and have recently been supporting those impacted by cancer. Throughout my own journey as well as my private practice and non-profit community agency work, I look forward to helping those with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, relationship management , life transitions, self-esteem, ADHD, and so much more. If you’re looking to collaborate and transform your daily challenges into stepping stones, you’re in the right spot! Through collaboration in determining therapeutic goals, I take a guiding approach to helping you rebuild a connection with yourself and/or others. Regardless of client type I aim to show up for every person as a support while they explore and challenge themselves, work towards gradual relief of symptoms, and sustain improvement thereafter. Whether you're seeking support for the first time or returning to therapy, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your process.
