We all stumble and work to find our way back, but sometimes life adds challenges that make these ups and downs harder to navigate. Relationship struggles, shifting goals, social pressures and the added stress that comes with change can leave us overwhelmed, make us feel stuck, make us question if we're good enough or make make our decisions feel impossible. Support can help us to examine our paths and patterns and to regain our confidence so that we can build the life we want. I'm passionate about working with those facing anxiety, self-esteem struggles, relationship struggles and periods of change. I aim to understand and help you explore difficulties from new angles so you can begin to shift patterns that have you feeling stuck. Therapy can help you to improve relationships, overcome obstacles, build confidence and harness your own sources of empowerment. It can be hard to reach out for help and it’s important to find support that fits well with you. I am offering sessions online, over the phone and in person in Nepean, ON. If cost is a consideration (things are really expensive right now!) I am also happy to connect you with one of my interns who are talented, licensed and offering therapy at reduced rates ($80) both virtually and in person.
