About
I offer virtual counselling to adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, relationship difficulties, grief, and major life transitions. For over 12 years, I've helped people understand the patterns that keep them stuck and build steadiness, clarity, and practical change in their lives.
Biography
Anxiety, burnout, workplace stress, low mood, and relationship difficulties can leave you feeling stuck. I provide virtual counselling for adults across British Columbia. In our work, we balance thoughtful exploration with practical change — helping you to: understand what’s happening, strengthen your capacity to manage difficult emotions, and take clear steps toward lasting improvement in your life and relationships. In therapy, we identify the patterns that keep you stuck and work actively to shift them. We look at how you think and respond under stress, build steadiness with difficult emotions, and improve communication. We also develop practical strategies you can use outside of sessions. Our work together is collaborative and grounded in your goals. My approach integrates established therapeutic methods. If this sounds like a good fit, you’re welcome to reach out. Therapy doesn’t require having everything figured out — it begins with a conversation. We can talk about what’s bringing you in and decide whether working together makes sense.
