I am a registered psychologist with a Master’s Degree in Psychology from New York University. For over a decade, I’ve been dedicated to supporting clients across the lifespan as they navigate life’s challenges. I value connection, collaboration, and utilize evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to help my clients heal and thrive. Currently, I specialize in integrating therapeutic methods like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to provide individualized, effective care. With my younger clients, I often utilize creative art and play-based interventions. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and client-centered, creating a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
