Biography
Life often feels like you're spinning too many plates, and no matter how hard you try something is always about to crash. You feel exhausted, stretched thin, and unsure how to make it stop. Together, we’ll untangle the overwhelming, make sense of what’s been weighing on you, and help you move from where you are now to where you want to be. Therapy isn’t only for life’s big, dramatic moments. It’s also for the quiet struggles, the daily stress, the relationships that feel harder than they should, the self-doubt you can’t quite shake. I work with people who’ve often feel like everyone else has it “figured out,” while they’re just trying to keep it together. If you’ve been wondering why life feels so much harder for you than it seems for others, you’re not alone. I specialize in trauma, Complex-PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), anxiety, self- esteem, and relationship issues. Using an integrative approach of Psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy, always adapting to what works best for you. Our work together will uncover the roots of stress, anxiety, exhaustion, sadness, anger, and fear, so you can feel lighter, steadier, and more in control of your life.
