I am happy to offer virtual counselling in most places in Canada, and my services are covered by most insurance plans (please check your own policy for details!). I pride myself on being inclusive and accepting in my practice and life, and I genuinely love the work that I do. I treat every individual as unique, and work with a range of tools in helping to craft an approach that work for you.

Biography

I work best with adults and late adolescents who are motivated to heal, grow, understand, change, and move towards becoming their best selves, and who are open to trying new things and exploring new experiences. I am trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, queer-identifying and 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming and allied in the broadest sense, sex-worker allied, non-monogamy/polyamory informed and supporting, kink-allied, anti-oppression, and inclusive in my practice. In addition to counselling and psychotherapy, I also have experience working with athletes, performers, and creatives on their sport, performance, and creative pursuits. I am trained in EMDR and clinical hypnosis, though my practice is integrative and I also utilize elements of mindfulness practices (MBCT, MBSR, DBT, etc.), EFT, CBT, IFS, narrative, and SFT when needed. I work virtually at a variety of hours including weekends, and I offer in-person sessions in central-south Edmonton, Alberta. I also offer free 15 minute consultations. My services are lower-cost, and many insurance policies cover my services as CCC and RP(Qualifying). I am taking new clients with immediate availability, as well. I look forward to hearing from you!
