Biography

You are a high achiever who is always willing to do what it takes. You've been described as industrious and passionate, serious, and intense. You are the person your friends and family come to with their problems as you seem to have it all together. Below this confident exterior, anxiety brews. You are a deeply feeling person and feel unseen. Your inner critic is loud and persistent, telling you that you're still not enough. You are holding so much for everyone, but you feel so alone. I see you. I am here to help you discover why you feel this way, to hold space with you, and explore the inner workings of your multi layered self. With 17 years of working with high level performers, I love working through relational trauma with creative professionals, high level academics, folks with CPTSD, and those working who want more to gain more personal understanding. I incorporate somatic IFS, through a trauma-informed, gender- and neuro-affirming lens, and a sense of humour in this work.
