I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, yet strongly believe in creating a supportive space for you to feel seen, and heard. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), a Professional Member of the CCPA possessing a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.) designation, and a General Member of the OAMHP. I hold a M.A. in Counselling Psychology and a B.A. (Hons) in Clinical Psychology. I enjoy tending to my multiple house plants, re-watching shows that make me laugh like Schitt's Creek, and all things vintage.
