About
I offer a warm, down-to-earth space to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. I support adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, and life transitions (like pregnancy and parenthood). Together, we’ll make sense of your emotions and help you feel more connected to yourself and those around you — one step at a time.
Biography
Starting therapy can feel intimidating — like you need to know what to say or have everything sorted out first. You don’t. I’m here to help you figure it out together. I’m Laura — a therapist who believes that healing happens through genuine connection and self-compassion. My approach is warm, grounded, and real — no clinical jargon, no judgment. I see therapy as a space where you can show up exactly as you are, even if you’re not sure where to start. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in old patterns, disconnected from themselves, or overwhelmed by big emotions. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening inside, and start to build trust in your own capacity to heal and cope. I often work with people who are navigating anxiety, self-criticism, parenting stress, and feelings of disconnection. Whatever you're going through, you don't have to do it alone. My style is collaborative and human — a mix of reflection, curiosity, and compassion. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Therapy is a space to explore, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself again.
