I help tweens, teens, and adults navigate anxiety, relationship struggles, stress, and addiction. Clients say I’m relatable, bubbly, and compassionate, but I’ll gently challenge you when needed. My honest, casual approach creates a space where you can find relief in sessions & even laugh along the way. Taking the first step & starting therapy can be scary - I get it! My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, welcomed, and supported - but also inspired to grow. Together, we'll explore the tough conversations - the ones that lead to real change.
