About

I offer gentle, Jungian-oriented and psychodynamic psychotherapy for clients navigating anxiety, emotional disconnection, complex trauma, attachment wounds, burnout, and repeating relational patterns. Together, we explore emotions, relationships, dreams, spirituality, and meaning at a pace that supports insight, healing, and a more grounded relationship with yourself.

Biography

You may be feeling anxious, exhausted, or caught in relationship patterns that keep repeating, even when you are trying your best to cope. From a Jungian-oriented and psychodynamic perspective, these experiences can be understood as signs that something deeper in your inner life is asking to be seen, listened to, and understood. Therapy can become a steady space where your emotional experience has room to breathe. Many people begin therapy feeling disconnected from themselves, caught in familiar emotional cycles, or unsure how to shift patterns that affect their relationships, choices, and daily life. Together, we create space to gently understand the protective patterns, tender places, and unmet needs that may have been carried quietly for a long time. People often come to this work for support with concerns such as: • Anxiety and chronic worry — overwhelm, tension, and difficulty relaxing. • Low mood and numbness — shutdown, disconnection, and loss of vitality. • Complex trauma — the impact of childhood emotional neglect and early adversity. • Attachment wounds — repeating relational patterns, fear of closeness, or fear of distance. • People-pleasing and burnout — overworking, withdrawing, or coping strategies that no longer feel supportive. In therapy, we explore how your emotions, thoughts, relational patterns, and earlier experiences shape your daily life, including how these dynamics may appear between us in our sessions. From a psychodynamic and Jungian-oriented perspective, we may look at recurring patterns, unconscious meanings, dreams, spirituality, and symbolic imagery as pathways to deeper understanding. My approach is gentle and attuned, creating a grounded space where you can explore your internal experience without pressure and without having to hold it all by yourself. My clinical training supports an integrated approach to spirituality and mental health, helping clients explore meaning, insight, and long-term healing within a steady therapeutic space. This approach may be a good fit if you feel drawn to understanding your emotional patterns, exploring recurring relational dynamics, and working at a pace that allows deeper insight to emerge over time. Every individual responds to psychotherapy differently, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Over time, depth psychotherapy may support benefits such as: • Greater self-understanding. • Clearer emotional insight. • Subtle, lasting shifts in how you understand yourself and relate to the people and patterns in your life. • Healthier relationships and stronger boundaries. • A more grounded sense of self. My own inner exploration continues to inform my respect for this work and for the courage it can take to begin. I value the opportunity to support clients as they deepen self-understanding, strengthen self-compassion, and move toward a more grounded sense of themselves. If this approach feels aligned with what you are looking for, I welcome you to reach out so we can explore whether working together may be a good fit. Consultation and Fees I offer a free 30-minute video consultation. 50-minute sessions are $125. Sliding scale is available for those who qualify. I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. Memberships Affiliate Member, Canadian Association of Spiritual Care Member, Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy
