Hi there, my name is Paula (she/her) and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, and founder of Infinite Horizons Psychotherapy. I have been a practicing therapist for over 10 years and I work mostly with high achievers and creatives experiencing anxiety and self-doubt due to imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and fear of failure.

As a brown kid of immigrants from the Global South, I appreciate ​the nuances, struggles, and beauty of being from immigrant and global ​majority communities.
