Biography

Are you exhausted from constantly feeling on guard or second-guessing yourself in relationships? Maybe you find yourself repeatedly drawn to people who drain your energy, or you notice your heart racing when confronted with conflict. If you're tired of feeling stuck in patterns that don't serve you, therapy can offer a path forward. I specialize in helping adults break free from the impacts of emotional abuse, narcissistic relationships, and developmental trauma. Many of my clients describe feeling like they're "too much" or "not enough," struggling with anxiety that seems to come from nowhere, or finding themselves in relationships that mirror painful dynamics from their past. Using EMDR, Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) within a relational psychodynamic framework, I work with both your mind and body to address trauma where it lives—in your nervous system. This approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy to help you genuinely feel safer in your own skin and more confident in your relationships. In our work together, you'll learn to recognize your own wisdom and inner strength. I believe healing happens in relationship, so our therapeutic connection becomes a place where you can practice new ways of being seen, heard, and valued. My role is to walk alongside you as you rediscover parts of yourself that may have been buried under years of survival. Through online sessions, I provide a confidential space where you can explore your experiences without judgment and develop lasting tools for emotional regulation and healthier boundaries.
