Paige is an experienced therapist focusing on those changing their relationship with alcohol, in sobriety/long-term recovery, as well as high performers navigating perfectionism, control, people pleasing, as well as those looking to improve relationships in individual counselling by exploring boundaries, communication and emotional regulation.

Biography

I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and productive therapeutic space where we can address front and center challenges as well as underlying contributors. If you are wanting to change your patterns with alcohol and/or relationships, including codependency, boundaries, perfectionism, people-pleasing or communication, I would be happy to help. I offer individual counselling for adults using a variety of therapeutic approaches to explore underlying thoughts, feelings, behaviours and holistic contributors to health. I also support a wonderful team of therapists at Sana Psychological, a mental health clinic in Calgary, AB providing in person and virtual support. Sana Psychological has clinicians who work with individuals, couples and families. We support those age 5+ who are feeling caught in areas like: Trauma/PTSD, Anxiety, OCD, Addiction (including Alcohol Use, Gambling, Sex, Codependency, and more), Depression/Mood, Grief, ADHD, Emotional Dysregulation, and/or are looking to improve their general wellness.
