Biography

Please note: I am not currently accepting new clients. However, our clinic, Lacasse Counselling, is home to a team of highly skilled and compassionate therapists who are accepting new clients. We would be happy to connect you with someone from our team who can support your therapeutic journey. As the founder and clinical director of Lacasse Counselling, my passion lies in fostering a therapeutic environment where individuals and couples can explore the deeper emotional and relational patterns that shape their lives. While I am not currently seeing new clients myself, I remain actively involved in overseeing the clinical integrity of our work and providing supervision to our dedicated team of psychotherapists. At Lacasse Counselling, we work from a psychodynamic and psychoanalytic lens, guided by the Self-in-Relationship Psychotherapy (SIRP) model. This approach emphasizes in-depth exploration, insight-building, and an attuned therapeutic relationship that supports lasting internal change—not just symptom relief. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relational conflict, identity struggles, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed, our therapists are trained to help you understand the root causes of your challenges and guide you toward greater clarity, emotional well-being, and self-agency.
