Hello! My name is Sophia. I am a trauma therapist who is passionate about supporting those looking to heal from past wounds that are impacting them in the now. Healing from relational trauma is possible, and I specialize in helping those who are working through the impacts of betrayal trauma, narcissistic abuse, and other forms of relational wounds. Whether these experiences stem from childhood or adult relationships, they often disrupt your sense of self, body connection, and relationships with others. You may struggle with self-worth, people pleasing, anxiety, perfectionism, or feeling “not enough.” Together, we can process these past wounds, attune to your nervous system, and break patterns that keep you stuck, moving toward a life of self-trust and embodied healing. Relational trauma often starts early, rooted in childhood experiences with emotionally immature, harsh, or narcissistic caregivers. It can also emerge in adult relationships, especially after betrayal, infidelity, or emotional neglect. I’m here to help you understand and heal from these experiences in a compassionate, holistic, and somatic way. Healing is within reach.
