Sula Greene
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
For me, therapy is not only about reducing suffering but also about opening space for a richer, more creative, and more connected life. The act of speaking freely, and being deeply listened to, creates a rare intimacy—one that allows what has been silenced to come alive.
I work with adults facing a wide range of concerns, from anxiety, depression, and difficulties in love, to struggles with identity, creativity, and belonging. Some come during a time of crisis, while others arrive with a subtler sense of restlessness or longing. Whatever brings you, our work together is a journey of discovery and transformation. I'm particularly interested in working with expecting or new parents through this transition as well as with young people moving through adolescence.
I believe in a collaborative, inquisitive and empathetic approach to therapy. Together, we can uncover what is not known.
Most medical insurance plans cover therapy with me.
