Kimberly Lee-Louis
Counselor, RSW
Registered Social Worker with a background in legal education, policy, and post-secondary teaching, I bring a systems-informed lens to counseling that considers the ways identity, family history, culture, and institutional contexts shape lived experience.
My work is integrative and CBT-informed, grounded in resilience, strengths-based and culturally informed approaches. I support clients in making sense of long-standing patterns, navigating life transitions, and developing greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and intentional ways of relating to self and others.
I have a particular interest in how intergenerational experiences, cultural narratives, and structural systems influence the ways we cope, adapt, and define success. I aim to create a reflective space where clients can explore these influences while building more sustainable and aligned ways of living.
